If you have already started the enrollment process with (Arise Virtual Solutions) at Arise.com, simply enter our EIN# 82-1802408 or IB ID# 88405 and an Enrollment Advisor will contact you to facilitate the welcome interview (we are currently not accepting any clients residing in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Wisconsin, or Oregon).

If you have not started the enrollment process please review requirements and instructions below.

  • Must Reside in the United States
  • Must be a US Citizen or legal resident
  • Must be willing to service a minimum of 15 hours per week
  • All applicants must be at least 18 years old

All applicants must complete a background check – takes a few minutes to submit, costs $7.95 paid to third party. (Arise does not allow anyone to service a client program who was convicted, pled guilty, pled no contest, or had adjudication withheld to any felony or certain misdemeanor charges; including but not limited to theft, fraud, identity theft, or other similar violations.)

  • Partnering opportunities with Arise for Independent Businesses are not available to Independent Business Owners or affiliated Client Support Professionals residing in Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Wisconsin or Oregon.

How to Register to Use the Arise Platform.

  • Click the link that says Become an Agent
  • Follow the steps
  • Enter referring Client Support Professional ID (CSP ID) (enter 1617757 in the available box – the name Ronita Gaines will populate)

Continue to fill out the application (be sure to select every field in which you have experience. This area will help to determine your eligibility for specific clients. If you are bilingual be sure to enter that as well, there are bilingual opportunities available from time to time.

When you are ready to offer your Support Services, please enter our EIN# 82-1802408 on the Arise portal after signing the Nondisclosure Agreement (this process may change from time to time and you may be required to enter our EIN# before signing the agreements)

Once you enter the EIN # please email us at HR@nitatalkllc.com or call us directly at 1-833-648-2855 (allow 24hour response time) so we can finalize your request.  If you do not sign the agreements you will be stuck in the registration process.

The final step: Selecting an Arise client service opportunity.

What to consider before committing:

Please learn about the client opportunities available, the schedule, the service hours and any course requirements necessary to begin providing service.

Read the opportunity announcements carefully before committing to a client program.

  • In order to service clients using the Arise Platform, you must pass the applicable client certification course.
  • There is a fee associated with taking a certification course.
  • Courses can run anywhere from two to eight weeks depending on the complexity of Client program.
  • Nita Talk LLC nor the CSP is paid during the time agents spend in class or taking courses.

What do I need to get started?
  • Complete the Arise Admissions process.
  • Ensure that you have a working computer that will meet Arise’s guidelines.
  • Purchase a headset that can plug into your landline telephone.
  • Have or prepare to have a landline telephone with no features by 2nd week of client certification (At this time, you cannot use Magic Jack, Vonage, etc.) Effective 12/16/2013, Arise is now allowing the use of digital phone lines.  (Cordless phones are not accepted)
How do I switch to Nita Talk LLC from another IBO?

If you want to change your IBO, you will need to contact your current IBO and ask to be dropped.

Once you are dropped you can join Nita Talk LLC. Login to your portal and simply click on the link that says Join an Arise-affiliated corporation.  Now enter the Nita Talk LLC EIN# 82-1802408

I am ready to get started. What is the next step?
  • Complete the Arise application HERE.
  • Once you have created your profile, Contact Us for further instructions.
  • You MUST be ready to express interest and begin a certification course with a client within 30 (Thirty) days after you have completed the enrollment process with Arise and Nita Talk LLC.
  • Nita Talk LLC cannot keep inactive Independent Contractors on hand.
What fees will I have to pay Nita Talk LLC to service under your corporation?
Our service fee is $30 and the Arise platform fee is $20.00. Arise deposits IB (Independent Business) payments (such as Nita Talk LLC) into the IBO account. Independent Contractors servicing under Nita Talk LLC will receive revenue via electronic payments no later than the 15th and last day of each month.
Why does Arise charge Independent Businesses a platform fee?
The ARISE® service fee is charged for the infrastructure that Arise provides, including the ARISE® 24-Hour Client Technical Support Help Desk and STARMATIC® scheduling system and WILLOW® accounting services. Arise’s semi-monthly service fee is currently $20.00 and is deducted twice a month from your Virtual Services Corporation Service Fees for each servicing Virtual Service Corporation Independent Contractor. No Virtual Services Corporation is charged the fee until the first invoice period after it begins providing customer interaction services to its first client.

Successful agents tend to have a combination of clear communication skills and self-motivation. They are driven, organized, computer literate and has the ability to work independently. The Admissions process includes online assessments as well as live telephone assessments to establish a candidate’s suitability.
