How do I know this is a legitimate opportunity?

Unfortunately, there are many scams that exist in the virtual work-from-home space. Arise, on the other hand, is a legitimate work-from-home opportunity which is evidenced by the tens of thousands of small businesses and their agents who have enjoyed providing services to Arise for decades.
Arise is recognized as an industry leader and we have been featured on several national news segments including Good Morning America, Bloomberg, Fox News, CNN and the TODAY Show, just to name a few. We have also been recognized by the White House for leading virtual job creation in the U.S and have won many awards including Outstanding Minority Business of the Year, Business Intelligence Group’s 2013 Green Company of the Year and Call Center Magazine Product of the Year Award.
In addition to the aforementioned recognitions, Arise is a Better Business Bureau (BBB) accredited business with an A+ rating, since 2005.

Do I have to be a legal resident of the United States and age 18 or older?
Nita Talk LLC, and Arise requires that all individuals seeking to become Arise Certified Professionals legally reside in the United States and are 18 years or older, if they are servicing customers based in the United States. (Currently Arise is not accepting new applicants from the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon & Wisconsin)
What experience do I need?
Successful agents tend to have a combination of clear communication skills and self-motivation. They are driven, organized, computer literate and has the ability to work independently. The Admissions process includes online assessments as well as live telephone assessments to establish a candidate’s suitability.
Why is a background check required?

The background check is mandatory as Arise and its clients have high integrity standards.
Please Note: Most traffic violations do not constitute a disqualifying event. Some clients have more stringent standards for people servicing their particular account.

How many hours do I have to work?
You can work as many hours as you’d like. There is a minimum of 15 hours per week required under the terms of the Statement of Work (‘SOW”) on most client applications. We have hours for CSPs to service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The hours available for a specific client will be outlined in the Opportunity Announcements you receive once you complete the Admissions Process.
What type of telephone system do I need to work with Arise?

When working with Arise you will need a separate landline telephone dedicated to receiving Arise incoming calls with no add-on features (no call waiting, no call forwarding, no voicemail//answering services, no fax services). Long distance telephone service is not required. This telephone line may not be used for any other incoming or outgoing personal calls. Arise does require you to provide us a separate service phone number.
Arise has updated the technology requirements to allow the use of VOIP (Voice Over IP) phone lines while servicing. It is currently allowed for most clients.

Can I use my laptop to service Arise clients?

Yes. You can use your laptop to service Arise clients as long as your laptop meets the minimum computer requirements. Remember you may not use any wireless connections at any time to provide service with Arise and its clients. Your laptop must be hard-wired to a supported Internet connection. Wireless keyboards and a wireless mouse are not supported.

What type of services will I be providing for Nita Talk LLC and Arise clients?
Clients offer a wide variety of programs that you can certify your home business for. Client services are not limited to just taking or making calls, your business can also choose to provide email, chat or technical support to our Clients. Our inbound call types may include any or a combination of the following: sales, customer service, chat and technical support.
How much money can I make in a partnership with Nita Talk LLC?
Depending on the number of hours agents work and the client’s agents contract with, some earn as much as $1,500.00 biweekly while others earn $500.00 biweekly. Earnings will fluctuate depending on the number of hours you are servicing. Service revenue varies by client with three payment types: per call, per productive service minute or per staffed hour. Generally adding up to $8 – $18+ per hour. Some clients offer sales and incentive bonuses.
What Fees Will I Pay and Why?

We have a low flat service fee is $34.95 per invoice and Arise charges $19.75. Your service fee will never exceed $55 per pay period. Nita Talk LLC has to cover business costs including Partner fee’s, computers, bank fees, software costs, direct deposit fee’s and more. Our low, flat service fee allows us to provide you with support during your certification process and beyond. We want you to succeed!

Why does Nita Talk LLC charge a service fee?
Nita Talk LLC has to cover business management costs. Our low service fee allows us to provide you with support during all phases of your certification process and during the course of our ongoing working relationship, continuing education, accounting, revenue disbursement services and offers you the opportunity to service clients without having to incorporate.
Why does Arise charge Independent Businesses a platform fee?
The ARISE® service fee is charged for the infrastructure that Arise provides, including the ARISE® 24-Hour Client Technical Support Help Desk and STARMATIC® scheduling system and WILLOW® accounting services. Arise’s semi-monthly service fee is currently $19.75 and is deducted twice a month from your Virtual Services Corporation Service Fees for each servicing Virtual Service Corporation Independent Contractor. No Virtual Services Corporation is charged the fee until the first invoice period after it begins providing customer interaction services to its first client.
Are we responsible for our own taxes, or is this handled automatically?
As an Independent Contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes as well as any employment taxes.
How long before I can start servicing Arise clients?
Once you have completed all the admissions steps, your next step will be to enroll in a client certification course of your choice. Courses may take between two to six weeks depending on the client selected.
Can I have another job or contract with another company while I provide services for Arise clients?
Absolutely! As an Independent Contractor, you have the freedom to work for other companies while you provide services to Arise Clients. However, we do expect our Independent Contractors to honor their scheduled commitments to our clients and meet all performance standards. You are an independent contractor, not an employee and you are not under the direct control of Nita Talk LLC.
Will I receive payment for the time I spend in the client certification courses?
Arise and Nita Talk LLC do not compensate for the time spent in client certification course as it considers that the knowledge obtained while attending the certification course will contribute in making your business successful. In some cases, certification bonuses are offered for Client Service Professionals that complete the certification course and service their selected client.
How do I switch to Nita Talk from another IBO?

If you want to change your IBO, you will need to contact your current IBO and ask to be dropped.
Once you are dropped you can join Nita Talk LLC. Login to your portal and simply click on the link that says Join an Arise-affiliated corporation.  Now enter the Nita Talk LLC EIN# 82-1802408

What do I need to get started?
  • Ensure that you have a working computer that will meet Arise’s guidelines.
  • Purchase a headset that can plug into your landline telephone.
  • Have or prepare to have a landline telephone with no features by 2nd week of client certification (At this time, you cannot use Magic Jack, Vonage, etc.) Effective 12/16/2013, Arise is now allowing the use of digital phone lines.  (Cordless phones are not accepted)
What does it cost to get started?

In order to partner with Nita Talk LLC, and be given the opportunity to provide your services to clients, you must complete the following which is considered your investment into your own business.

 The following are the admissions fee’s:

Arise Background Check ($7.95). If you have felonies or bank fraud charges then you may not be eligible to provide services.

Certification Course -Training for Fortune 500 company you choose starts at $19.99 up to $289. These fees are paid to Arise Virtual Solutions not Nita Talk LLC.

  • You MUST be ready to express interest and begin a certification course with a client within 30 (Thirty) days after you have completed the enrollment process with Arise and Nita Talk LLC.
  • Nita Talk LLC cannot keep inactive Independent Contractors on hand.
How does the voice assessment work?
Why do I have to pay for the certification classes to get this job?

WE DO NOT OFFER JOBS OR HIRE EMPLOYEES.
This is a business opportunity for you to work at home as a virtual call center agent. This means you will be working as an “Independent Contract Agent”, not an employee. Your status as an independent agent means that you will actually be operating as “your own business”; contracting your services to our business as an independent contract agent. You will receive your service revenue (earnings) on the 15th and 30th of each month through our bank direct deposit. You will also receive your IRS form 1099 at the end of the year showing your total earnings for IRS tax reporting.

Remember, as with any business there will always be some initial start-up costs for things like office equipment, your computer, phone lines, internet service and training.

 

If you wanted to attend a trade school, such as a beauty college or a real estate certification program, you would expect there would be costs associated with certification class or enrollment. This will also be the case with our client sponsored certification classes which will normally run from ten days of training up to six weeks of live online instructor lead training. Certification cost will vary. Certification classes start as low as $19.95 based on the class you select. All certification classes are online live instructor lead client certified training programs. One you complete the certification training and are “certified” you will normally begin working within a few days. 

Why Independent Contractor and not an employee?

When you partner with Nita Talk as your Arise IBO, you will be considered an Independent Contractor to the IRS. This means that you are responsible for your own taxes. You will receive a 1099 for your work from home services throughout the year. Please remember it is your responsibility to file your taxes with the IRS annually.
