Nita Talk LLC, Virtual Solutions takes pride in connecting the right people with a platform that serves a positive purpose. We are seeking for highly qualified mature, self-motivated professionals to provide world-class customer service to many of the largest Fortune 500 companies in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom- right from we comfort of their home!

Our inbound call types may include any or a combination of the following: sales, customer service, chat and technical support. 

Available positions: Customer Support Professional (CSP), Technical Support Professionals (TSP) and Live Chat Support Professionals (LCSP).

Customer Service Professional Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

  • Customer service professionals must possess excellent customer service and the ability to build strong customer relationships on every interaction with the client’s customers.
  • Applicants should have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Computers must meet our standard requirements to ensure all of the tools can perform to the best of their ability for our clients.
